About

Anderson Lutherie is about building and repairing stringed instruments to the finest quality.  There is no short-cut, no corner to be cut, when it comes to a person’s stringed instrument.  Whether it be an old Irish banjo, campfire mandolin, guitar, or violin, Anderson Lutherie will make sure that your instrument is playing the way it was meant to be played.

My journey began with an old Teisco Del Ray bass guitar.  I was in high school and I can still remember being asked to play with a couple of friends.  Knowing that I didn’t have a bass guitar to play, the guys handed me a bass that happened to be just sitting around.  From there I continued to learn the instrument, play in groups, work the music retail scene, and eventually learn the art of building and repairing stringed instruments (lutherie) at the Galloup School of Lutherie.

I love to hear an instrument played.  Moreover, I love to see satisfaction on a customer’s face when they pick up their instrument and I’ve made it play like it once did.  Whether you need a guitar neck reset, or just a routine setup, let Anderson Lutherie help you out.  If you want a handcrafted quality instrument let Anderson Lutherie build it for you.
